I am a Nevada Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Lic #3026); with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families experiencing acute, and chronic mental health issues. I specialize in the utility of Cognitive, Crisis, and Trauma-Informed Therapies. I am a Subject Matter Expert (S.M.E.) in the Epidemiology of Suicidal Behavior; with certifications in Applied Suicide Interventions Skills Training (ASIST), Collaborative Assessment & Management for Suicide (CAMS), and Survivors of Suicide Attempts (SOSA) Therapies. I am the Founder & CEO of Desert Rose Counseling Group; a Nevada based integrated behavioral health clinic, and President of the nonprofit organization Desert Rose Gives- dedicated to comprehensive suicide prevention to include postvention, and the empowerment of survivors. I am the author of The Eleven Triumphs- a trauma and suicide recovery course, hosted at Reachinnow.com. I consult on a wide range of subjects including; business start up, behavioral health clinic operations, training schedules, keynote speaking, and critical response to- disaster, trauma, addiction, and suicide.
